This field of translation as a general is in demand among firms and companies, which due to their activity require holding correspondence with their foreign partners, to hold preliminary negotiations as well as to accommodate further aspects of cooperation after the negotiations and meetings, which were held earlier. The specific character of this type of translation is first of all promptness, i.e. as a general it is required to translate promptly and regularly small portions of text. The second aspect such translation is use of specific terminology, which relates as a rule to one or another field of industry and includes a lot of economical, commercial and judicial (legal) terms as well. The third important aspect is confidentiality and non-disclosure. Indeed, it is not a secret that any commercial activity as a rule has its competitive environment, which can use any leakage of information to the damage of a client. As a general a client simply forwards his e-mail correspondence to our e-mail address and gets back the same translated within 1 – 2 hours. If required it is also possible to arrange work through facsimile communication facilities or through a courier, however it slows down the process of holding the correspondence.

"Common text" or "common use text" – it is rather capacious term, which as a rule includes all those types of translation, which were not attached to other main types of translation but never the less are still very important.
